Join us in Lahinch Beach, Co Clare, Ireland for a fun, supportive, and empowering Diabetes Surf Day designed for anyone living with diabetes — all types welcome as well as friends and family.

This experience blends surfing, movement, nourishing food, and community, with diabetes-specific support throughout the day. Whether you’ve surfed before or you’re a total beginner, this day is about getting in the water, having a laugh, building confidence, and connecting with people who get it.

I’ll be there all day as your diabetes support on land carrying jellies for hypos, helping with glucose checks, offering guidance, and making sure everyone feels safe, supported, and included.

The surf lesson will be led by Green Room Lahinch, and the day includes homemade, glucose-friendly snacks, tea/coffee, and lunch prepared by Erin Dolan, Diabetes Health Coach. In the afternoon, enjoy a yoga and breathwork session with Sue Redmond, Mindfulness & Yoga Teacher and Somatic EMDR…
