This transformative 3-month programme is designed for people with type 1 diabetes who are ready to take full control. Through four powerful pillars, this programme offers expert coaching, actionable tools, and a supportive environment to empower you in all areas of diabetes management. Guided by an experienced diabetes coach, each week will bring you closer to greater confidence, balanced eating habits that support your diabetes, improved glucose control, and sustainable T1D management strategies. 1. Mastering the Mindset Develop a resilient mindset to overcome emotional barriers tied to diabetes. Through growth mindset exercises and reframing techniques, you’ll break through limiting beliefs, build self-compassion, and gain confidence in managing diabetes. This strong mental foundation supports your journey to healthier habits and sustainable change. 2. Stabilising Glucose Levels Take charge of the glucose rollercoaster with practical tools and personalised strategies. Learn carb counting, pre-bolus timing, and trend tracking to reduce highs and lows. By understanding glucose patterns and making consistent adjustments, you’ll create greater stability and peace of mind in your diabetes management. 3. Lifestyle & Movement Create a sustainable lifestyle that supports your glucose goals through mindful eating and intentional movement. This pillar helps you design personalised meal and activity plans, explore intuitive eating, and set achievable exercise goals. With a clear understanding of how food and exercise impact blood sugar, you’ll build routines that stick. 4. Stress Management & Mindfulness Sustainable diabetes management requires emotional balance, and this pillar equips you with essential stress-management techniques. From mindfulness practices and breathing exercises to effective stress reduction methods, you’ll learn how to handle challenges with calm and focus.
